What you'll do

• Manage recruitment from job-profile alignment through sourcing and screening
• coordinate interviews and candidate updates
• prepare offers and employment documents
• manage onboarding
• answer employee and manager HR questions
• maintain confidential employee files and HR systems
• process payroll with the provider
• administer time off and benefits
• support HR projects
• coordinate the Austin office, suppliers, health and safety, and team events.
