• develop Customized Employment Plans or Recovery to Work Plans
• meet with participants to provide support
• place job seekers in appropriate employment pathways and workshops
• use financial support services
• document client information
• conduct community outreach
• and work from the primary location with willingness to use alternate PDC offices in Youngstown, Salem, or Warren.
