What you'll do

• Design production injection molds
• apply knowledge of injection mold design and manufacturing processes
• perform 3D solid modeling, preferably with Catia V5
• assess feasibility of slides, lifters, and core pulls
• work with hot runner systems
• design and implement engineering changes
• participate in customer design reviews
• lead team projects
• manage multiple design projects
• stay current with industry standards and technologies.
