Community Engagement & Program Coordinator

The Community Engagement & Program Coordinator role is a part-time, onsite position in Huntsville, AL, paying $20–$22 per hour. The role supports a disability resource organization serving individuals with disabilities throughout North Alabama. The coordinator connects consumers, volunteers, donors, community organizations, board members, and staff while organizing programs, outreach, events, fundraising support, and communications to expand access to resources and services.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with community partners, businesses, volunteers, donors, and local organizations
• represent the organization at events and outreach activities
• support awareness campaigns and partnerships
• coordinate program schedules, records, attendance, feedback, and follow-up
• assist with program planning, reporting, and grant documentation
• support fundraising, sponsorship outreach, grant research, and donor communications
• coordinate event logistics
• update website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• maintain records and CRM information
• provide administrative and front-desk support.
