What you'll do
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop back-of-house employees
- manage restaurant programs and compliance with operating procedures and safety and sanitation regulations
- cook and produce scratch-made food
- manage food inventory and vendor relationships
- maintain food and beverage areas and equipment
- oversee food quality and guest satisfaction
- prepare, plate, and garnish dishes
- handle and store ingredients safely.
