What you'll do

• Manage electronic and essential tool suppliers and related projects
• define software change requests
• oversee tool development, validation, and testing
• manage vendor relationships with Legal and Purchasing
• maintain the annual tools budget and five-year capital forecast
• provide tier 3 technical support
• maintain service communications and documents
• coordinate with internal departments
• lead and develop team members
• ensure calibration support and service deliverables.
