The Night Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM, with compensation not specified. The schedule is full-time, weekdays and weekends, on NOC/night shifts with 8-hour shifts. Advanced Health Care of Albuquerque’s care team supports patients’ recovery in a supportive setting. The CNA provides direct care and support to patients, assisting with daily needs and helping maintain comfort, dignity, and well-being. The role also supports clinical care through monitoring, documentation, communication with nurses and staff, and assistance with admissions, discharges, and orientation when needed.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meals, toileting, and transfers using gait belts or mechanical lifts
• monitor vital signs and intake/output as directed
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• answer call lights promptly
• support admissions, discharges, and patient orientation when needed
• document care accurately and communicate with nurses and staff.

Why this role
