Workforce Scheduling Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage Operations employee schedules and time-off requests
• serve as site subject matter expert for SchedulePro
• analyze overtime, vacancies, outage coverage, training coverage, and staffing gaps
• track fatigue-management exceptions and recommend mitigations
• generate reports and recommendations
• maintain document control and records
• troubleshoot SchedulePro and Kronos issues
• coordinate meetings, travel, events, and cross-functional projects.
