What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• support the shopping environment and sales initiatives
• process purchases and returns
• respond to guest questions and escalate issues
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• protect assets through inventory control and loss prevention
• support sales, profit, and shrink goals
• count and restock merchandise
• reconcile transactions and prepare deposits
• verify shipments
• process recalls and stock pulls
• maintain records
• and supervise and delegate to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.
