The Grill Cook — 2nd Shift role is onsite at the Kamtek location in Birmingham, AL. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:30 PM, and pay is $15–$17 per hour. The cook prepares and serves menu items at the short-order grill while maintaining food quality, safe handling, and required temperature records. The role also supports kitchen preparation, station setup, cleaning, and safe meal service.

What you'll do

• Operate the short-order grill during meal periods
• assist with food preparation and cooking
• prepare menu items in correct quantities and to quality standards
• follow food safety and HACCP practices
• maintain temperature logs and proper cooking and holding temperatures
• set up and stock the grill station
• clean the station and equipment after meal periods.
