What you'll do

• Communicate expectations to residential supervisors and report corrective instruction needs to the QIDP
• monitor program data and records
• oversee resident finances and documentation
• provide direct care as needed
• contribute to staff meetings and program improvement
• oversee group-home and vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance
• plan monthly activity calendars and emergency drills
• communicate with residents' families and friends
• attend resident meetings and review Individual Program Plans
• ensure supplies are available
• complete required training and reviews
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• transport residents as needed
• assist the QIDP with staff assignments, onboarding, and training.
