What you'll do

• Reconcile rental asset activity and intercompany accounts
• analyze balances and prepare reconciliations
• propose adjusting entries
• calculate and accrue rental commissions
• prepare prepaid amortization entries
• review closed work orders for capitalization
• prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close
• investigate and resolve accounting issues.
