What you'll do

• Coordinate and monitor guest shuttles, employee transportation, special events, and charter services
• assign drivers, vehicles, and routes
• communicate with drivers by radio, phone, and dispatch software
• monitor locations, schedules, passenger volumes, and service levels
• adjust routes and schedules for traffic, weather, breakdowns, and operational changes
• respond to transportation requests and concerns
• maintain operational records and support safety procedures.
