What you'll do
- Perform repairs including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and minor electrical work
- inspect facilities
- coordinate specialty contractors
- install office technology and low-voltage equipment
- maintain assets, inventories, schedules, and work orders
- maintain the shop
- follow OSHA and organizational safety standards
- respond to maintenance emergencies
- assist with remodeling, moves, improvements, and grounds maintenance
- drive between facilities in the service area.
