Behavior Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Support personal goals
• administer medications
• plan and prepare meals
• assist with activities of daily living
• transport clients to and from day programs and community outings
• reinforce speech, behavioral, and physical therapies
• respect dignity and personal choice
• complete and maintain required web-based documentation.

Why this role

Evening shifts are 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.; every other weekend is required, with additional shifts potentially days, evenings, or overnight. Ability to be certified in enhanced behavioral intervention is required.
