The coordinator plans and leads resident-centered programs that support physical, social, emotional, intellectual, vocational, and spiritual well-being, while fostering connection, independence, and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement an activity calendar based on resident interests and needs
• lead group and individual activities
• complete assessments and documentation
• contribute to care planning
• support events, outings, wellness campaigns, and community involvement
• build relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team members
• meet regulatory and company standards.

Why this role
