What you'll do

• Perform facials and other esthetic services within Michigan license and clinic protocols
• provide patient consultations and follow-up
• educate patients about skincare, treatments, packages, memberships, and home-care routines
• recommend personalized treatment plans
• discuss pricing and options
• rebook patients
• follow up with leads and past patients
• support retention, referrals, promotions, and events
• track leads, consultations, conversions, rebooking, and production
• collaborate with the clinical team.
