The role establishes scalable accounting processes and controls, partners across business functions, and builds a global team to maintain financial integrity and support infrastructure growth.

What you'll do

• Lead accounting and month-end close for supply chain and inventory valuation, standard cost and absorption, fixed assets and capital projects, GRIR, freight and logistics, and procure-to-pay
• define scalable frameworks, systems, workflows, and organizational design
• design and execute SOX-compliant or equivalent controls
• evaluate accounting treatment for complex transactions
• lead accounting design for ERP and related system integrations
• partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, FP&A, IT, Tax, Treasury, and leadership
• coordinate audit readiness and process improvement
• hire, mentor, and develop a global team.
