Resident Care Associate, Weekend AM and PM Shifts

The Resident Care Associate role is onsite in Granite Bay, CA, and is part-time, with weekend shifts available from 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. Starting pay is $20.65–$21.00 per hour. The role supports residents at Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay, part of Eskaton’s nonprofit network serving older adults. The associate provides personal and companion care while supporting residents’ safety, dignity, and independence. By following each resident’s care plan and working with the care team, the role helps residents with daily needs, mobility, and participation in activities.

What you'll do

• Provide companion care, including reading, visiting, correspondence, and other care-plan tasks
• assist with bathing, showering, dressing, and room organization
• promote resident independence and safety
• assist with exercises and ambulation as directed
• support fitness programs and planned events when directed
• apply ordered medical or adaptive devices
• collect specimens as directed
• follow emergency protocols and Eskaton policies
• comply with HIPAA and safety practices.
