Patient Financial Coordinator

What you'll do

• Conduct patient financial consultations
• document insurance benefits and update patient progress notes in Intergy and Artemis
• prepare treatment estimates
• collect estimated liabilities and apply payments
• compile weekly reconciliation reports
• review outstanding balances and follow up with finance teams
• respond to patient billing and policy questions.
