What you'll do

• Lead and mentor Account Managers through coaching, support, recognition, and accountability. Build and maintain client relationships and understand their security needs. Oversee service quality, standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• analyze operational metrics and KPIs
• identify and mitigate security risks and develop protocols, training, and response plans. Work with branch leadership on budgets, revenue growth, overtime, collections, and expenses, and collaborate with sales on organic growth within existing client operations.
