What you'll do

• Process new-hire cases, employee data changes, and terminations in HR systems
• handle unemployment claims and employee self-service requests
• audit employee records and transactions
• respond to employee and manager inquiries
• coordinate with Payroll on spot bonuses and employee assistance requests
• process employment verification requests
• initiate leave inquiries and coordinate handoffs
• draft promotion and transfer agreements
• maintain documentation and follow HR procedures.
