What you'll do

• Operate mail extraction and sorting equipment
• open envelopes and extract, batch, and sort checks, invoices, coupons, and transactions according to client instructions
• prepare control documents and processing headers
• review outgoing items and prepare packages
• prepare reconciliation and billing reports
• perform minor equipment adjustments and repairs
• meet productivity and accuracy standards.
