What you'll do

• Provide wound care services to long-term care patients in skilled nursing facilities
• prescribe appropriate medications, including controlled substances in accordance with Ohio law
• order, review, and follow up on treatments and diagnostic testing
• communicate with nursing home staff about changes in condition and care plans
• collaborate with primary care physicians.
