Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool

Float between different units as needed to provide nursing care. Assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient conditions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and care plans.
