What you'll do

• Lead regional performance across sales, margin, KPIs, and operational metrics
• manage, coach, and hold Store Managers accountable
• set expectations and conduct performance reviews
• establish and monitor sales goals
• analyze sales data and lead weekly KPI reviews
• support sales processes, merchandising, promotions, inventory accuracy, and open-order management
• visit stores and coordinate with Operations and Marketing
• communicate regional feedback to leadership.
