Engineers provides civil engineering, land surveying, GIS, and technology services for infrastructure projects in California. The surveyor performs and oversees surveying work from planning and field coordination through final deliverables, while supporting major water-facility modernization projects. The role contributes technical leadership, quality review, project coordination, and mentorship to the firm’s survey operations.

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee ALTA, boundary, topographic, right-of-way, and construction surveys
• prepare and review legal descriptions, maps, plats, and technical documents
• conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews for California standards and title issues
• process and analyze survey data
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, utility companies, and public agencies
• assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• mentor field crews and junior staff
• support proposals, estimates, and client communication
• contribute to workflow improvements and survey team growth.
