Engineering Technician

Job overview

The Engineering Technician role is an onsite position based in Lake Zurich, IL, with a pay range of $28–$32 per hour. This role supports the Product Development team by assisting with prototype testing, lab maintenance, and technical troubleshooting to drive product innovation. The role exists to ensure the successful validation and refinement of electromechanical products. By maintaining lab equipment and supporting engineers with hands-on assembly and data collection, the technician contributes directly to the company's ability to bring high-quality consumer products to market efficiently.

What you'll do

• Conduct product and prototype validation testing, assemble and repair test equipment, maintain lab inventory, and collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues.
