What you'll do

• Lead daily shifts, assign priorities, and coach team members
• welcome members and guests and support check-ins
• complete opening and closing duties
• lead club tours and explain membership options
• drive membership, merchandise, and event sales
• process payments and answer questions
• assist with court reservations and event registration
• support pro shop displays and inventory
• address member concerns
• maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and safety.
