What you'll do

• Greet and register guests
• verify reservation and guest information
• accept payments and maintain the house bank
• issue safety deposit box keys
• review arrivals, VIP requests, room availability, and departures
• complete daily reports and forms
• relay relevant information to front desk staff and supervisors.
