Accounts Payable Clerk II

Job overview

What you'll do

• Process invoices, credits, payments, reimbursements, and check requests
• verify coding and approvals
• maintain vendor records
• respond to vendor and internal inquiries
• reconcile statements and research discrepancies
• support 1099 reporting and accounts-payable aging follow-up
• and maintain documentation for audit readiness and compliance.

Why this role
