Luxury Reservations Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead daily reservations operations, including coverage, scheduling, and service standards

• handle VIP, repeat-guest, travel-advisor, and complex bookings
• improve processes and reporting
• partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and onboard teams
• hire, onboard, and develop the team as the office and fleet expand.
