What you'll do

• Prepare and serve espresso, coffee, and other café drinks at multiple counters
• explain coffee products and preparations to guests
• set up stations and replenish displays while separating allergens
• follow dating and FIFO standards
• weigh, grind, or pack coffee beans to guest specifications
• operate the POS system
• clean and sanitize work areas
• serve across counters offering pastry, gelato, pizza, and other Italian delicacies
• maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
