Dietary Aide

Job overview

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Yukon, OK, with a 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. shift. Pay is $13 per hour. The Dietary Department supports residents at Spanish Cove Retirement Village with meals and dining services.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch according to the planned menu
• set up the dish machine and record wash and rinse temperatures
• prepare beverages, nourishment juices, snacks, salads, desserts, and food for special functions
• clean dining areas, wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, and complete department cleanup
• assist residents with meal selection
• follow cleaning schedules, infection control, OSHA, risk management, confidentiality, and departmental policies.
