What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of dealership vehicles and competitors
• greet customers
• complete sales paperwork and CRM traffic logs
• follow up with prospective and returning customers
• prepare thank-you cards and buyers’ orders
• keep showroom units and customer areas neat
• follow the sales process
• arrange delivery with the service department and personally deliver units
• follow up with customers after delivery.
