Maintenance Associate (Night Shift)

The Maintenance Associate (Night Shift) role is onsite in Aurora, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Compensation is $21.50–$24.50 per hour, including the night-shift differential. Heather Gardens Association is a 55+ residential community focused on resident service and a welcoming, well-managed environment. The associate responds to overnight maintenance needs, completes work orders and routine repairs, and performs preventive maintenance and inspections. Working independently during hours with limited maintenance staff, the role addresses routine issues and escalates matters requiring additional expertise.

What you'll do

• Perform general building repairs, including minor carpentry, patching, painting, flooring, doors, locks, and windows
• complete basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs
• assist with HVAC and building-system issues within training and experience
• respond to overnight calls
• complete work orders and preventive maintenance
• inspect buildings and common areas
• maintain records, tools, and work areas
• escalate issues appropriately.
