What you'll do

• Remove debris, trash, and clutter from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
• maintain amenities, building exteriors, and the leasing office
• assist with light maintenance and cleaning to prepare vacant apartments for move-ins
• respond to service requests and assist with general repairs as directed
• water plants and trim bushes.
