What you'll do

• Provide primary care across the lifespan
• conduct physical examinations, wellness visits, and preventive screenings
• evaluate and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
• diagnose and manage chronic conditions
• develop treatment and follow-up plans
• order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• prescribe medications within applicable authority
• educate patients and families
• coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and community resources
• maintain electronic medical records
• participate in quality-improvement and population-health initiatives.
