What you'll do

• Lead recruiting and interviewing for seasonal employees
• monitor associate performance and correct quality or procedural issues
• review schedules and approve timecards
• work with Human Resources on employee relations and training
• ensure locations meet company standards for setup, technology, supplies, and facilities
• maintain relationships with property managers and landlords
• guide employees through complex problems and escalated complaints
• monitor financial and productivity reports
• work toward revenue, cash-control, and tax-return-count goals.
