What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Quality Inspectors and team members
• partner with Production and Engineering to resolve manufacturing issues and reduce defects
• oversee in-process and final inspection, testing, First Article Inspection, MRB, nonconformance management, corrective actions, and customer returns
• use quality metrics and defect trends to drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• maintain the site Quality Management System and compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements
• support customer and certification audits
• and serve as the site’s primary quality contact.
