What you'll do

• Work toward individual and store sales goals
• engage customers, assess needs, and provide personalized styling solutions
• build client relationships through clienteling and follow-up
• identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• and use product knowledge to support conversions. Coach associates in selling and client engagement, execute UNTUCKit University training, open and close the store, maintain the sales floor and stockroom, and monitor KPIs and customer feedback.
