What you'll do

- offer companionship and memory-enhancing activities
- accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
- perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization
- provide plant or occasional pet care as needed
- report condition changes to the Care Manager
- complete shift documentation.
