What you'll do

• Plan and execute quantitative and qualitative research
• use interviews, diary studies, conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, TURF analysis, and survey-based experimentation
• design statistically sound studies and data-quality standards
• communicate findings through storytelling, visualizations, and presentations
• facilitate research workshops and synthesis sessions
• represent member and customer perspectives
• partner across teams
• and improve research methods, tools, templates, and governance.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of design, user, or human-centered research experience with quantitative and mixed-methods expertise; seven years of relevant experience may substitute for education. Graduate degree and five years of experience are preferred.
