The Executive Housekeeper role is onsite in Austin, TX. Compensation is $56,000–$58,000 per year. Pathfinder Hospitality’s housekeeping operation supports its promise of Platinum Service for guests and associates. This role leads the housekeeping team and operation to maintain cleanliness and guest-service standards across rooms and public areas. It contributes to guest satisfaction by managing staffing, budgets, inspections, compliance, and coordination with Front Desk and Maintenance.

What you'll do

• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach housekeeping staff
• inspect guest rooms and public areas and enforce service standards
• manage labor, supply, and linen budgets
• coordinate room readiness, VIP preparation, and guest needs with Front Desk and Maintenance
• maintain brand, health, safety, and internal standards.
