What you'll do

• Monitor and solicit bid opportunities
• review specifications, plans, scope, costs, and production rates
• prepare and distribute quote packages
• participate in bid reviews
• track bids and follow up with clients
• review contracts and subcontracts
• maintain CRM updates
• hand awarded work to scheduling and project execution teams
• visit local job sites as needed
• review estimated-to-actual results and document variances.
