What you'll do

• Address positive and negative performance behaviors
• use the Quality Network problem-solving process and engage employees for ideas
• apply Workplace Organization practices to improve layouts and efficiency
• update the Timekeeping System daily
• document problem-solving activities using A-3 reporting
• conduct daily employee meetings
• perform and document weekly safety observation tours
• plan daily workloads
• support colleagues in optimizing shift performance
• observe contractual requirements, enforce shop rules, and perform daily SOP audit checks.
