The technician is responsible for customer interaction, vehicle testing, invoice generation, and maintaining service vehicle equipment to ensure high-quality repair standards.

What you'll do

• Determine testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives.
• Perform diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations, and analysis.
• Perform wiring repairs.
• Advise shops of needed repairs.
• Keep inventory of stock.
• Write, print, and email service invoices.
• Collect signatures or payments.
• Maintain shop equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
