Estimator Intern

The Estimator Intern role is an onsite position in Bozeman, MT, with regular business hours typically from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and an early-out option on Fridays; hours may shift to meet position objectives and client needs. Base salary is $45,000–$65,000 per year, with a performance bonus plan. S. Conley Sales serves the commercial HVAC industry in Montana and Wyoming. The estimator supports contractors and the company’s project teams by estimating HVAC equipment and materials across the territory. The work contributes to project bids and delivery through takeoffs, pricing, bid coordination, and collaboration with vendors, project managers and mechanical contractors.

What you'll do

• Prepare job takeoffs and bids
• price equipment and accessories
• coordinate job handoffs, submittals and installation, operation and maintenance materials with project managers as needed
• manage bid lists, bid exchanges, prior approvals and project files
• learn required software and platforms with staff and vendors.
