The Youth Coaching Intern – Pittsburgh Central City Region role is onsite at coaching locations across the greater Pittsburgh area. Compensation is $18 per 30–45-minute session for head coaches and $10 per session for alternate coaches or coaches-in-training; non-coaching work is unpaid. What you'll do

• Coach assigned Soccer Shots sessions and run demonstration sessions at prospective locations
• support staff evaluations, reviews, and training
• assist with seasonal coach training meetings
• learn and provide feedback on the curriculum
• represent the organization at community events when needed
• and participate in seasonal marketing efforts.
