Job overview

Product Marketing & Project Assistant is an onsite, full-time role in Murrieta, CA, with pay of $21–$24 per hour. The position supports IMRAE’s Product and Installation divisions and reports to the General Manager. The assistant contributes to marketing, product promotion, project coordination, and customer relationship development. The role helps teams research the construction industry, coordinate projects and events, develop communications, and support product accreditation and business initiatives.

What you'll do

• Prepare presentations and marketing materials
• support marketing events and trade shows
• assist with project coordination, analysis, and estimation
• research competitors, markets, products, and industry trends
• develop marketing collateral and social media content
• monitor social media analytics
• support product accreditation and agency listings
• build relationships with customers, agencies, and industry groups
• assist with other marketing, product, project, and administrative initiatives.
